How Can I Rent a Scooter/Wheel Chair?

There are a limited number of wheel chairs available for use at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Contact Lisa Meyer at 800-318-2238, ext. 0346 to inquire about availability and to reserve.

How Can I Receive a Directory?      

Printed show directories are provided to registered buyers on show site during all four days of the show, December 5-8, 2021.

Registration FAQs

What is the Pre-Registration Deadline?

You are encouraged to pre-register early so you can receive updates and important news about the show.  Pre-registration is open up to and during the show dates.

What are the On-Site Buyer Registration and Badge Pick-Up Hours?

8 am – 5 pm, Sunday – Tuesday

8 am – 2 pm, Wednesday

What are the Qualifications to Attend?

The Grand Strand Gift & Resort Merchandise Show is open to the trade only. To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 years and strollers are strongly discouraged.

New /first-time attendees should be prepared to present to gain admission to the show: 1 form of personal ID and 2 forms of business ID, which can include copy of business license, sales tax id number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead or other printed collateral with company name. (Please note: 1 form of personal ID and 1 form of business ID is required for each additional employee.)

What is the Cost to Attend?

The Grand Strand Gift & Resort Merchandise Show is open to the trade only.  Admission is free to qualified retailers.

Do You Mail the Badges?

We do not mail badges.  But when you pre-register online, you’ll receive your pass via email.

How Can I Book My Hotel?

BUYER BEWARE!  Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for the Grand Strand Gift & Resort Merchandise Show. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may be contacting you advertising cheaper rates and may imply or claim an affiliation with the show or Urban Expositions. Unfortunately, some past attendees and exhibitors have fallen prey to these companies and they have either: lost significant deposits, been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed . So be sure to book your room through Connections Housing.

What is included in my booth package?

Each Booth Includes:
8 ft. High Black Draped Back Wall
8 ft. High Black Side Rails
Unlimited choice of 4ft. 6ft. or 8ft. Undraped Table
Unlimited choice of 4ft. 6ft. or 8ft. Undraped Riser
(2) Folding Chairs - Delivery after 4pm on Dec 4th
(1) Wastebasket- Delivery after 4pm on Dec 4th
(1) 7”x44” Booth ID Sign (displays the company’s name and booth number)

How do I register my booth personnel?

You can register your booth staff by logging in to the Exhibitor Portal and clicking “Exhibitor Registration.” There, you will be able to register your booth staff.

How do I update my exhibitor listing? 

•    Please click here for a video introduction to the exhibitor portal and instructions on how to update your exhibitor listing.
•    To update your listing, log in to the Exhibitor Portal – you will need your company password provided to you in your confirmation email. 
     (Please contact your Exhibitor Services Manager, Sydney Hanlon, if you require assistance.)
•    Next: Click ‘Booth Info.' This is where you will be able to add or update your company’s details, profile, keywords, social links and select the appropriate categories for your             company

Is insurance required? 

Yes. A requirement of exhibiting at Grand Strand Gift and Resort Merchandise Show 2021 is for ALL exhibitors to carry liability insurance throughout the Exhibition. The deadline for submitting the Certificate indicating adequate insurance coverage is November 5th, 2021. Even if Exhibitor hires an EAC, Exhibitor still must supply its own Certificate of Liability Insurance. ALL EAC’s must submit an application form with a certificate of insurance prior to deadline to be approved by show management. Exhibitor's insurance carrier must issue such Certificate of Liability Insurance. A sample insurance form can be found in the exhibitor manual.

To ensure that the Certificate of Liability Insurance has the correct information required, please make sure your certificate includes the following information.

What are the shipping options and deadlines?

All freight must go through the advance warehouse
. Please have your freight arrive between November 5th and November 19th,  2021.

Shipping labels can be found in the Grand Strand Exhibitor Manual on page 35. Please call Exhibitor Services at 800-774-1251 Ext. 1 with any questions.

Where can I order booth furnishings?


Booth furnishings can be ordered from our general service contractor, RMPxpo. Please visit the Grand Strand Exhibitor Manual to order furniture and other services. For questions or assistance, please email info@rpmxpo.com
