Onsite Contacts
Here is a list of the important contacts for you and your team’s time onsite. Each contact is listed with their company and phone number. If you are uncertain of who can best assist you, please contact your exhibitor services manager, also listed, and they can help or better direct you.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
The safety and security of our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and staff is our top priority at Grand Strand Gift & Resort Merchandise Show. While much of our security infrastructure is working behind the scenes in conjunction with the Mrytle Beach Convention Center, we are continuously reviewing and enhancing our procedures to ensure the safest experience possible for everyone.
MOVE OUT PROCESS
During move-out, all companies are required to complete a Bill of Lading (if you need assistance loading your freight) or a Material Handling Agreement (if you are using a freight carrier) before any freight can be released from the show floor. Material handling charges must be paid in full prior to shipment. Please plan accordingly to avoid delays and ensure a smooth move-out process.
